Are those pancakes for dinner? Where are the chocolate chips? It's pancake night tonight in the Crandall house :)
Those are actually a Venezuelan recipe called arepas. You stuff them with cheese, ham, eggs, shredded beef...they are sublime.
Not sure they would be great with chocolate chips.
